The Hastings Center is a nonpartisan research institute dedicated to bioethics and the public interest. The site has a wide collection of resources related to the center's publications, careers, research and news.
American Society for Bioethics and Humanities. A professional society for individuals, organizations, and institutions interested in bioethics and humanities. The American Society for Bioethics and Humanities promotes the exchange of ideas and fosters multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and inter-professional scholarship, research, teaching, policy development, professional development and collegiality among people engaged in clinical and academic bioethics and the medical humanities.
National Center for Ethics in Health Care. NCEHC activities and initiatives support clinical ethics, organizational ethics, and research ethics throughout Veterans Health Affairs. Publications bring health care ethics related news, best practices, and feature articles to audiences within and outside VHA. The VHA's National Ethics Committee provides analysis and guidance on controversial ethics issues affecting patients, providers, health care managers, and health policy makers in concise, practical reports.
Veterans Affairs also has a page dedicated to Integrated Ethics.
Dalhousie University Department of Bioethics is located within the Faculty of Medicine. It supports the critical analysis of emerging social and moral issues in health.
The Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University provides an introduction to thinking ethically via a series of articles.
The W. Maurice Young Centre for Applied Ethics at the University of British Columbia is an interdisciplinary research unit. Their website lists many helpful links.
