Yes, Alberta's Provincial Health Ethics Network (PHEN), created in 1995, and Nova Scotia's Health Ethics Network (NSHEN), created in 2008. Visit their websites for more information.

MB-PHEN offers a number of workshops through out the province of Manitoba. See our Education page for a current list.

What do I do if I have an ethical dilemma at work?
Depending on the nature of the stiuation, there are different options. Access the ethics resources and processes available to your team or in your site or program. There are also many decision-making tools and frameworks that can help you and others through an ethical dilemma. Also, Your Region has an ethics decision-making framework and process in place. Contact your Ethics Contact for more information or assistance.
